*All photographs or videography should be nudity and profanity minimized, or will not be displayed.
*Video and/or photography bashing will not be tolerated.
*All videos have a three minute limit. However, you may choose an option to buy more minutes. *See below.
*All persons presenting videos/photography should be at least 18 (two exceptions: 19 in Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi and out of state)
*All videos will require a YouTube upload to prove ownership (Fee assisted set up available).
*You may upload your material free of cost for a period of two (2) days (*Two days free upload limited to one upload). Additional days and/or additional material require
Related fees are met for continued posting of your video and/or material. When these conditions are not met, your video will be removed from this site as of day number two (2), at the discretion of SYMONE.ORG (SYMONE, LLC). No time frames shall be met and/or included during the two (2) day free session time frame.

Refunds:
Refunds will not be provided after a 24hr period. Due that all work will be started at that time. Please ensure that you would like to be marketed along with your material before proceeding to the next level for this reason. *Refunds available within a twenty four (24) hour time frame only. Please make your determination of your dedicated support videography and/or photography accordingly during this time frame. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Falsification of Material and/or material ownership:
*Video material discovered not to be under your ownership that is delivered to this website via email, upload and/or download may be subjected to user fees, court costs; and/or other fees, etc. by the original owner of the material and/or SYMONE.ORG (SYMONE, LLC). Additionally, any relating materials in correlation with the said information may be retrieved and used within a court of law at your expense to take place within the desired state of the event by the original owner and/or SYMONE.ORG (SYMONE, LLC), i.e. email, relating addresses, phone numbers, credit card data, etc. 
*If you are found to be negligent in the usage of another persons personal data, you may be required to pay user fees, court fees and/or additional fees set forth by their legal party or by the original owner of the material and/or SYMONE.ORG (SYMONE, LLC) within a court of law in the state for which the event occurred.
